Sealants - 2 years                                                       

If patient has been seen at prescribed preventive appointment intervals

Full Dentures & Partial Dentures (Excluding relines)- 5 years

If patients have been seen at prescribed preventive intervals, then removeable partials and full dentures are warrantied against manufacturer defects

Orthodontic Retainers & Nightguards- 1 year

If patient has been seen at prescribed preventive appointment intervals then treatments are warrantied against manufacturer defects.
